Refilling Inkjet Cartridges By Post

In the last post I mentioned that refilling inkjet cartridges can be totally mess free if you were to let a specialist at a printer refill store do it for you. Of course the DIY way is still a lot cheaper and really isn’t all that messy or difficult.

If you’re feeling especially lazy and you don’t mind waiting for several weeks, there is a 3rd alternative method and that’s by post. First you’ll need to request for a special mailer bag from the manufacturer. In most cases they will pay for the postage, but do check. All you need to do then is send off your empty cartridges, sit back and relax.

It’s somewhat slower than buying your own printer refill kits and doing it yourself, but if you’re not bothered about waiting 2 to 4 weeks and spending a little more to get the job done, then this is a good alternative.

Purchasing inkjet printer refills and refilling inkjet cartridges yourself is still by far the most popular way to get the job done. Give it a go and then consider the other two options.
